The Willow House is one of the most unique and affordable venues in the Asheville area. When you start considering ceremony and reception site rental fees, lodging for the wedding party or out of town guests and a scenic mountain view with easy access. All this really begins to add up budget wise. The Willow House allows you the freedom to choose your own vendors, borrow hundreds of decor items and select the ceremony site that fits your style. 

$8500 Friday or Saturday (May – August 2023 only)
Sunday – Thursday $7500

  • 14 hour rental of the Willow House property
  • Up to 1 hour rehearsal
  • Access to The Willow House patio featuring a 12’ waterfall. Perfect for first looks and wedding party photos
  • Wood arch, Wood Triangle, Rustic Cross or Wood Octagon for your ceremony
  • Cocktail tables with coverings
  • A variety of ceremony and reception décor items from our “Something Borrowed” closet (list may be provided)
  • Fun outdoor games like giant jenga and cornhole
  • Dinner tables with white linens and wood cross back chairs for up to 150 guests
  • Spacious prep kitchen which includes a commercial refrigerator, ice machine, warming tower and two large sinks
  • Indoor, handicap accessible restrooms inside the Social Barn
  • Property manager available throughout event
  • Trash removal
  • On site parking area with attendants
  • Meeting 30 days prior to event
  • Water features, covered bridge and mountain views for beautiful photos
  • Add the night before your ceremony for only $1000 more!

Friday & Saturday Only

  • Lodging for two nights in The Willow House – perfect for up to 13 family members or the wedding party (additional nights may be added)
  • Grooms cabin for up to 8 guests
  • Family cabin for up to 6 guests
  • Access to The Willow House patio featuring a 12’ waterfall, outdoor kitchen and guest seating with café lights – a great spot for your rehearsal dinner or welcome party with up to 50 guests
  • Ceremony set up complete with chairs according to your plans
  • 1 hour rehearsal day prior to event
  • Wood arch, Wood Triangle, Rustic Cross or Wood Octagon for your ceremony
  • Access to The Willow House property and Social Barn from Friday at 1 p.m. to Sunday at 11 a.m.
  • Cocktail tables with coverings

Additional Lodging for up to 52 guests at our new motel Heart of the Valley. Next door to the Willow House, Heart of the Valley Motel provides an easy creekside walk path right to our ceremony sites and Social Barn. 

We’ll be happy to block rooms for your guests or ask about adding motel lodging to a package.
